Yes, we do. Safety-Source LLC asks for your name, email address, and other personal
information when you register as a new student.
How Does Safety-Source LLC use my personal information?
Safety-Source LLC's goal in collecting student personal information is to provide you
with the best customer service possible. The information we collect from you is needed
primarily to register you in our database so you can take courses, but we also use that
information to contact you if a problem ever arises with the Web site. The only other
reason we would use your contact information is in sending you up to date information
about new courses, promotions and new procedures to follow while on the CSTOP Web site.

address and phone numbers are listed to help students to find their instructor when
questions about subject matter arise. If you are an instructor and wish to not have your
contact information posted on the CSTOP website, please opt out by emailing exec@cstop.org
The "Student Lookup" feature is for hosting facilities and employers to
verify current status of students registered in the database. Student information is
limited to Student's Name, Date of last training, and CSTOP certification number. No other
information is disclosed.
Does Safety-Source LLC keep my credit card information?
Safety-Source LLC uses a separate company to bill our customers so we do not have
access to that information.
Is the commerce section of the Web site secure?
The Safety-Source LLC does not have Web pages that you enter your credit card
information on.
Will Safety-Source LLC disclose any of my personal information?
Safety-Source LLC will not disclose any of your personal information, except as
described below, or when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, or to protect
the rights or property of Safety-Source LLC.
Safety-Source LLC may disclose personal information in some limited circumstances, but
this is specifically described to you when the instance arises.
Safety-Source LLC may disclose aggregated user statistics (for example, 50% of students
in a particular course scored higher than 80%.) in order to describe our services to
prospective partners, investors, and other third parties, and for other lawful purposes.
Will Safety-Source LLC use my information for direct mailings?
Yes, but only if you give us permission. We will send you information about our various
products and services, or other products and services we feel may be of interest to you.
Only Safety-Source LLC (or agents working on behalf of Safety-Source LLC and under
confidentiality agreements) will send you these direct mailings. If you do not want to
receive such mailings, simply tell us when you give us your personal information. You can
opt out by emailing exec@cstop.org!
No, Safety-Source LLC does not use cookies or IP Addresses.

that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties
